Multi-industry consulting: digital systems that fit

A wine shop, a kitesurf shop and an industrial printer have little in common. For each one, I built a digital setup around how it actually sells, not a template.

Same goal, three very different answers.

I shaped each system around how the client sells and works, with room to grow and nothing they would not use.

CLIENT-01

Wine shop, Italy

Challenge: Wanted to sell abroad but had no webshop and no cross-border logistics.
What I built: A full eCommerce store with multilingual content, multi-currency checkout and EU-wide logistics.
Result: A new online channel and access to the wider European market.

CLIENT-02

Kitesurf shop

Challenge: Needed an online store and a way to stay close to its rider community.
What I built: A dedicated eCommerce platform connected to newsletters and marketing automation.
Result: More online sales and a more loyal, engaged rider community.

CLIENT-03

Printing company

Challenge: Customers had to configure, price and order custom print jobs, which no off-the-shelf product handled.
What I built: A custom Odoo ERP with CPQ: live product configuration, instant pricing and direct ordering.
Result: Far less manual quoting and a clear edge over competitors.
