What data is collected

Only what you send through the contact form: your name, email address, company (optional), the request types you select and your message.

Why and on what basis

To answer your request and, if you wish, prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your consent and the steps taken at your request before a possible contract (GDPR art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b).

How long it is kept

Messages that do not lead to a project are deleted within 12 months. Messages linked to a project are kept for as long as required by Belgian accounting and tax law.

Who receives it

No one else. Data is never sold or shared for marketing. The website is hosted by OVHcloud within the European Union, and email is delivered through its servers.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or third-party trackers. Fonts are hosted on this server, so no request is made to Google or other font providers.

LinkedIn videos

Videos on this site are hosted by LinkedIn. Nothing is loaded from LinkedIn until you press play. Once you do, LinkedIn may set cookies and process data under its own privacy policy (linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy). Links to LinkedIn open LinkedIn's own website.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by calling +32 497 51 83 93 or replying to any email from us. You can also file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
