Digital transformation and growth for Sport-Nutrition Belgium
The company had grown fast from a handful of stores, but its systems had not kept up. As their consultant, I led the move to one Odoo ERP for POS, eCommerce, stock, purchasing, invoicing and marketing, while the shop network kept expanding.

Challenge
Growth had outrun the tools.
When I started working with Sport-Nutrition, the company ran 11 shops and a single webshop. The POS system caused regular problems, and there was no shared view of customers, loyalty or sales across channels.
The plan was ambitious: more stores, a move into B2B, and a business that runs digital-first without adding admin work for every new location.
Approach
One ERP, rolled out while the business kept growing.
As Sport-Nutrition's external consultant, I steered the digital transformation and the Odoo ERP rollout across every part of the operation.
- Odoo everywhere. POS, eCommerce, inventory, purchasing, invoicing and marketing on one system.
- Remote delivery. Portcities' development team worked across time zones, so fixes and features moved forward around the clock.
- Custom where needed. Stripe integrations built when standard payment providers fell short.
- New channels. New stores opened in parallel, plus a B2B eCommerce platform for professional clients and gyms.
Results
A foundation for European expansion.
- From 11 shops and 1 eShop to 16 stores and 2 eCommerce platforms (B2C and B2B).
- Days of manual work removed by replacing manual processes with automated workflows.
- One customer view with loyalty and customer data unified online and offline.
- Clear pricing and stock with better supply-chain visibility to support sustainable scaling.
