From wine retail to water sports and industrial printing, my consulting work spans very different industries but always with the same mission: build digital solutions tailored to each client’s business reality.
For a Printing Company, the task was to develop a highly customized Odoo solution with live CPQ ordering.
For an Italian Wine Shop, the challenge was to create a digital presence capable of selling across Europe.
For a Kitesurf Shop, it was about launching a full eCommerce platform and customer communication channel.

2. Challenge
Each client had strong expertise in their field but lacked the right digital infrastructure to grow:
- The Wine Shop wanted to sell internationally but had no online shop or logistics flow to handle cross-border sales.
- The Kitesurf Shop needed not only an eCommerce platform but also a way to connect regularly with its rider community through newsletters.
- The Printing Company faced a complex problem: customers needed to configure, price, and order tailored print jobs online — something no off-the-shelf solution could provide.
Despite the diversity of industries, the challenge was similar: design digital systems that matched the unique needs of each business, while enabling scalability and efficiency.here marketers can come and learn? And it will be a consistent learning approach.
3. Solution
I designed and delivered tailored approaches for each project:
- Wine Shop (Italy) → Built a complete eCommerce store for cross-border trade, including multilingual content, multi-currency support, and EU-wide logistics setup.
- Kitesurf Shop → Developed a dedicated eCommerce platform fully integrated with newsletters and marketing automation, strengthening sales and community engagement.
- Printing Industry → Implemented a custom Odoo ERP solution with CPQ functionality, enabling customers to configure products live, generate instant pricing, and place orders seamlessly.
Across all projects, the philosophy was the same: no one-size-fits-all templates. Instead, custom digital ecosystems that matched each client’s DNA.
4. Results
The Italian Wine Shop successfully launched its online sales channel, opening access to the wider European market.
The Kitesurf Shop not only grew online sales but also built stronger loyalty and engagement through newsletters and integrated marketing tools.
The Printing Company now offers a unique CPQ ordering experience, reducing manual quoting time and creating a clear competitive edge.
